    SOLUTIONS FOR PRINTING
DIRECTLY ON WALL TO WALL OR CARPETS

    .

Thanks to the development of ad hoc solutions, today printing even on materials such as wall to wall can guarantee quality digital printing with piezoelectric heads.

In fact, the application studied by our FTEX partners foresees traditional mechanics, evolved control systems and suitable printing heads.

Specifically the mechanics of the line is modular and adaptable to diverse formats both continuous with bobbins or when the carpet is striped or plaid. The printing head used is adapted to the elevated thickness thanks to work pressure and recirculation of ink. The control system allows one to integrate with the print RIP and adapt to the design and materials.

    NEW RESEARCH PROCESSES
    FOR PRINTING DIRECTLY
ON WALL TO WALL AND CARPETS

    .

Called to this sector by company market leaders we initially analyzed the problems of process and identified three areas of development: pre-treatment, control, managing non continuous materials.

Research allowed us to attain a modular and flexible line adapted to diverse needs.

The pre-treatment requires a spray or coating system. The system of introducing the print controls dimensions and forms to adapt to the design directly on print RIP. The treatment post printing follows the necessity of materials and inks to have the product finished at the end of the line.
