Drying System


TOP DIGITEX follows and develops systems for all needs linked to digital printing, including drying or polymerizing of fabric after printing. The technology used is always infrared and hot air but the systems are always evolving and being updated. Experience with diverse needs has allowed us to develop specific solutions which can be customized allowing us to adapt to each single situation.

The working and consumption of drying systems can be monitored thanks to IoT devises and inter-connected systems in the “4.0 Transition” world. These optionals allow one to have punctual recording of the single process, permitting a successive optimization of energy and productivity.

INFRARED PANEL

 

The drying system with Top Digitex infrared panels are based on infrared technology and can be sized based on client request. The standard module is made up of an infrared panel with a control system mounted on a mobile trestle which changes dimension, typology, and power to satisfy drying needs both when alone or attached to the machine. The stand alone systems can be integrated remotely or by interconnecting data for Transition Digital 4.0.

The panels allow us to reach elevated power and velocity and to make compact and resistant systems adaptable to all print plotters with the following characteristics:

Panels for diverse fabric length;
Start and stop in a few seconds;
Attached to plotter system or adjustable trestle;
Temperature regulation and control systems;
Predisposition to integrate systems remotely or by interconnecting data for Transition 4.0.

INFRARED LAMP

 

Infrared drying systems by Top Digitex are based on infrared technology and can be sized upon client request. The standard module is made up of an infrared lamp with control panel mounted on a mobile trestle which changes dimension, typology, power and number of lamps to satisfy any necessity. The stand alone systems can be integrated remotely or by interconnecting data for Transition Digital 4.0.

These drying systems can be customized, and have the following characteristics:

Single or multiple lamp for different fabric length;
Attached to plotter system or adjustable trestle;
Temperature regulation and control systems;
Predisposition to integrate systems remotely or by interconnecting data for Transition 4.0.

OVEN DRYING

 

The drying oven becomes necessary with high velocity printing. The infrared technology consists in panels with different thermic inertia and radiating capacity. The characteristics of the machine can be defined based on dimensions, velocity and drying capacity required. The machine can be a temperature control system and connected directly to the plotter.

Amongst the principal characteristics:

Continuous drying;
Electronic or mechanical systems connecting to the plotter;
Temperature regulation and control systems.

System for polymerizing or sublimating the color

SUBLIMATE

 

The sublimate stand alone with infrared is made up of one or more chambers with lamps or infrared panels that, through the control panel allow for temperature selection and control and permanence time to obtain perfect polymerization of color on the fabric. The system can be personalized and suited to production systems as well as interconnected according to Transition 4.0 specifications.

Amongst the principal characteristics:

Stand alone or in line system;
Possibility of elevated velocity panels for turning on turning off;
Temperature regulation and control systems.
