VAPORIZING SYSTEMS:
A DISTINCTIVE ITALIAN TOUCH

Once the fabric is printed using printing tables, rotary or flatbed printers, it needs to be vaporized to allow the inks - acid, reactive, or dispersed - to adhere to the fibers. This treatment has been in existence since the advent of textile printing, and continuous efforts have been made to improve and optimize the process.

While there are various manufacturers of Vaporizing Systems today, Italy has always been a market leader. In fact, in the 1980s, these machines were identified abroad with the brand names of Italian manufacturers.

In recent years, the focus has been on innovating these machines, addressing new factors that are now a priority for industry players: sustainability, traceability and process repeatability.

A NEW STEAMER:
COMPACT, FLEXIBLE, ADAPTABLE

TOP DIGITEX has always been dedicated to developing and prototyping special solutions for the textile printing sector. In 2019, our in-house R&D department focused on a solution specifically tailored to the real vaporizing needs of today’s digital printers.

After an exhaustive analysis of existing machines and evaluating patented or developed solutions by major competitors, TOP DIGITEX conceived an innovative steamer prototype. It is smaller in size in size compared to those currently available in the market but features a new motion system that ensures greater flexibility, faster startup and production adaptability, while maintaining the same performance as a more traditional industrial steamer.

The Plug&Play system allows for quick installation, and there is also the option to assemble it as Full Electric, without pressurized steam and with distributed temperature control thanks to special sensors.

The Full Electric model reduces CO2 emissions associated with the vaporizing process, thus improving your carbon footprint.

ITMA MILANO 2023:
PLEASED TO HAVE MET YOU

The new Steamer developed by TOP DIGITEX was presented at ITMA, the largest global trade fair dedicated to textile technology, in Milan, at FTEX's booth H7-B302, their longstanding technical and commercial partner.
